It is extremely high in essential fatty acids, including omega 6 and 9 also the natural antioxidant vitamin E (highest of any natural oil) which helps calm inflammation and redness which is especially great for those prone to rosacea.

How to use

Use the pipette to allow 1 to 3 drops onto the fingertips then rub together to warm the oil to skin temperature, then gently massage into your face and neck and under the eyes using circular motions until fully absorbed.

As a hair treatment, use 2 or 3 drops, and massage into the hair, leaving for 15 minutes before washing.
