This unusual vintage alligator bag is getting rarer and rarer, especially with a whole body as shown. This one is has rhinestone eyes, , 3 suede lined compartments and an organizer on the inside front- change purse, glove holder, compact pocket. I can say it is from at least 1953, because inside there is a parking ticket from 1953. 

This one measures 12" wide by 7"  tall and 1 1/2" deep. The strap is adjustable from a handbag to a shoulder strap with total max length of 34". The purse is in excellent condition, with a little of the tail smashed at the end- that could have been inherent to the body though.
